No problem, you can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt.
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for return:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging (unopened).
- There are no signs of use (if reasonably possible).
- Always keep the shipping receipt of your return.
- Due to our processing procedure, you must take into account restocking fees. This amount is 25% of the purchase price.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return being requested will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. The HÏ Grip Team will be happy to solve the problem for you.
