Request a return
- Request your return. Within 30 days of receiving your order, through our contact form.
- You receive a return label. With instructions on how and where to send the parcel.
- Send the parcel back. Keep your proof of postage.
- You receive your refund. Within 14 days of notifying us of your return, including your order's shipping costs.
We do not accept items sent back without a return request. You can also return through MyParcel: myparcel.me/returns/create.
Conditions
- You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may deduct the reduction in value.
- Personalised products, such as printed items, cannot be returned.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damage or incorrect item
Check your order as soon as it arrives. Is the product damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Contact us immediately. We will put it right.
