Grip socks are scientifically proven to be more effective than regular socks: they keep the foot better in place, improve stability, and reduce slipping during quick or explosive movements. Studies show that grip socks offer almost twice as much grip (friction coefficient 1.17 vs. 0.60), which directly leads to more control and confidence. In short: less slipping, more stability, and better performance.

To ensure a long lifespan for your grip socks, it's important to maintain them properly. Preferably wash them by hand in cold or lukewarm water, or in the washing machine on a gentle cycle (30–40°C) with a mild detergent, always inside out to protect the anti-slip. Air dry the grip socks and avoid using a dryer, as heat can affect elasticity and grip. Do not wring out the socks to prevent deformation of the grip pattern. Store your grip socks in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to preserve their quality.

About Us

HÏ Grip originated from a shared passion for sports and entrepreneurship, when four HBO students decided to turn their ideas into their own brand. After gaining valuable experience during an Intrapreneurship project, their ambition to make an impact in the sports world grew. This is how HÏ Grip was born: a sports brand that focuses on the performance and enjoyment of athletes, with grip socks as its first product line. From day one, everything moved at full speed, with a successful launch and pre-order phase in early 2025. This is just the beginning.
