What are grip socks?
Grip socks are sports socks with a grip pattern on the sole. That pattern keeps your foot in place inside your shoe, so you slide less over your insole when you brake, turn and sprint away.
Do grip socks really work?
Scientifically proven: grip socks raise the static coefficient of friction from 0.60 to 1.17, which is 95% more grip (Apps et al. 2022). The study covers grip socks in general, it is not a test of HÏ Grip.

Which sports are grip socks for?

Why does my foot slide in my padel shoe?
When you brake, turn and sprint away, your foot slides over the insole of your shoe, especially once your sock gets damp. A grip sock has a grip pattern under the sole that keeps your foot in place, so your foot and shoe move as one.
Do you wear grip socks under or over your club socks?
Under. The grip sock sits directly on your foot and your club sock goes over it. That's why many football players wear footless club socks, so the grip sits directly against the insole of your boot.
What's the difference between the 1.0 and the 2.0?
Both have silicone grip under the sole. The 2.0 adds 15–20 mmHg compression, 30% Coolmax®, a seamless toe zone, a reinforced heel and special cushioning.

The Performance Grip Socks (1.0) cost €14.95 per pair, €35.95 for a 3-pack and €54.95 for a 5-pack. The Performance Grip Socks 2.0 cost €17.95 per pair, in black or white.
Which size should I choose?
Choose the size that matches your shoe size (EU). The 1.0 comes in 34–39 and 40–46, the 2.0 in 35–38, 39–42 and 43–47.
